Result: Sales increased from $700,000 to over $4.3 Million a 500% increase for Orvino Wine Imports.

Building systems: Created and implemented a new system to increase sales.

Recruitment: Built, Brands Ambassador University, this is an 8 hour video course on how to sell retail products at a very high level.

Story Line:
Fresh out of the banking industry, I had some time to consider my next career decision. With over 20 year of experience in sales, marketing, and management, I decided to leave finance and venture into retail. In 2010 I started worked for a small company to gather some experience before I moved on to the larger retail chains. After 6 months I was the Number ONE Producer in the country for an outside vendor working closely with The Fresh Market stores. Shortly I was referred to a larger company that had a bigger platform for me to thrive. In 2011 I took a position in sales, management, marketing, and, human resources for Flora Food & Orvino Wine Imports. In just 6 weeks time, all the previous sales records where broken for a 38 year old company. By the end of 2013 I was able to increase sales by 500% from $700,000 to $4.3 million. This was done with a system that I created called Brands Ambassador University.

In, the spring of 2001 I felt I was sitting on top of the world. I had just made a large sale for a business that I had invested some 10+ years in. Now, I was starting in a new industry. This change was exciting and quickly rewarding. In only 4 months of being in the mortgage industry, I was the highest producers in the company and received $35,000 in commission for a single month. As a successful producer, I was soon offered a position to open up a mortgage branch with a much larger firm. In 2003 I accepted the offer, things went well, and I decide to take on a partner and open up a 2nd branch in Florida in 2004. Things were very good till the washout of the banking Industry in 2008. In 2009 I decided to make another career change.
